About Crazy Cakes
H. Erica Tiger began making extreme cakes in 2005. As an artist, she worked with paint, wood, ceramics and glass. She became interested in edible art around the time her second son was born. Erica wanted to make something more interesting than the cakes and cupcakes she was seeing for sale. She enjoyed sculpting cakes for her children and family members into pianos, characters, cars, etc., and began to receive requests to bring her artistic talents to the public. Though she still makes event cakes, she is focusing on cakes as centerpieces to her cupcake displays.
Erica found, as cupcakes were rising in popularity, so were food trucks. She decided it would be of great value to her customers to create a cupcake truck and bring nut free cupcakes and coffee to her customers. The Crazy Cakes truck is a full mobile kitchen which enables Crazy Cakes to make cupcakes and coffee anywhere. For guests with a peanut or nut allergy, Crazy Cakes made the truck safe by only using products from peanut and tree nut free facilities. The Crazy Cakes truck also serves gourmet coffee to enjoy on site, or to enjoy on the ride home. Cupcakes and coffee are the perfect end to the perfect event.
We can serve cupcakes at the truck as an activity. Have your guests come outside for a breath of fresh air, or add a fun element to your outdoor party. Have your guests choose their cupcake flavor and toppings from a list of frosting flavors or ganache. Opt to fill your cupcakes with a variety of frostings, curds, cremes, or mousses, and enjoy a cup of hot coffee on site. Consider an optional decorations bar for your guests to personalize their own cupcakes.
